Frequently Asked Questions
When is my deposit due and how much is required?
We require half of the rental hall fee deposit to secure your date. This amount is non-refundable and will be credited towards your final billing statement
When can I come in to set up and decorate?
At 9am on the day of your event. If there is not an event scheduled the day before your event, you may have the option for a 2-hour set up window the night before your event for a $100 fee
When do I have to provide my menu choices and quantity required?
We require you to confirm your menu choices and quantity needed one month prior to your event
When is my final bill due?
The remaining balance for your event will be due 30 days prior to the event. A credit card must be on file for any outstanding balances after your event takes place. Payments may be made in the form of cash, personal check, or credit card.
What time do we need to be out of the hall?
All events must end no later than midnight and all guests must exit the banquet hall at this time. Personal items such as centerpieces and decorations must be removed by midnight. Anything left in the room beyond this time may be discarded by the banquet staff.
Can I bring any of my own food, drinks or alcohol?
Outside food and alcohol are not allowed in our banquet facility other than wedding cake, dessert, water bottles and soda.
